To be eligible for a NextRentals.com Coupon, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States. You may not be an employee of the United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. or of any its subsidiary or affiliated companies (and their immediate families and those living in their same household of an employee).

To obtain a NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificates, you must personally register with the NextRentals.com Website, must completely fill out the information requested on the Website form(s), and must print off and use the original Coupon provided. Photocopied or duplicated NextRentals.com Coupons will not be accepted.

Obtaining a NextRental.com Rent Credit Certificate does not guarantee you will be approved for an apartment. You must complete an application and meet the routine credit and other eligibility requirements before you will be offered an apartment lease.

This Credit Certificate is non-transferable.

The NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate is limited to one per individual, and one per lease rental contract and may not be used in combination with any other coupon, credit, discount or offer.

NextRentals.com Rent Credit Certificates are not assignable or transferable, and must be used by the person who registered for and received the Certificate from the Website.

The NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate can only be used once and becomes null and void after the rental contract is executed. A new NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate must be printed off the NextRentals.com website if another lease agreement will be signed.

All Certificates must be presented to a United Dominion leasing sales agent PRIOR to any party applying for or signing the applicable lease contract.

The NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate can only be used for an apartment lease that is at least 6-months (consecutive months) long. Furthermore, if for any reason a lease for which you were granted a NextRentals.com credit is terminated prior to the end of this 6-month period at United Dominion's option, you may be required to pay back any NextRentals.com credit you received, and the same may be charged back to you and/or deducted from your security deposit.

The United Dominion Residential Communities reserves the right to terminate the NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate program at any time and without notice.

The NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate has no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash. It can only be used to obtain a credit amount of $125.00 to be applied towards an eligible participant's first months rent based upon a 6-month contract or more.

All applicable federal, state and local laws shall apply to this program and shall supercede the provisions herein where required by law. Any tax liabilities, if any, generated from this coupon, are the sole responsibility of the person who received and redeemed the NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate. All NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate's are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

In case of any dispute, the decisions of United Dominion are final. All redeemed NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificates become the property of United Dominion Residential Communities.

Photocopied or duplicated NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate can not be used and is disallowed.

NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificate's are not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

United Dominion Residential Communities is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected NextRentals.com Rental Credit Certificates, or computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunction that may occur for any reason.

You may NOT claim rental rebates offered by other competitive websites such as Rent.com's $100 Reward in conjunction with a NextRentals.com $125 rebate. You can claim either a NextRental.com rebate or a competitor's rebate, but not both. This applies to any Apartment Locator Search Service who may be offering a rebate/refund paid directly by the apartment community to the Locator service company.
